Blues this Morning 10.9.2020

about

I had the Blues this morning and it made me want to get up and play. I played for a few minutes till I realize whatever I'm doing I should be recording. Out of it came this. I usually play like this as a meditation into a bit more structured things. But I'm deciding today that I should be more open and show just what I love to play within the blues idiom. I like to think of it as Blues from a very deep conscious part of the soul, all of it still pulling from ideas laid by practically any person who played the blues.
I think of the Blues as this linear stream of consciousness. Anyone that plays it is link to a sense of understanding we all resonate within. Consciousness from Coltrane, Robert Johnson, Wes Montgomery, Jimi Hendrix. They played their blues and gave it to the world. Here's my version of it, in long form.

Please accept this latest piece as a token of my appreciation.
Please tell me what you think. I'll keep sharing if you're listening
Thank you
