Today I presenting some new material for the summer. This is a series of songs that will be shown how I work on this.
The purpose of this project is to create this style of music using today's technology. At the very minimum of what I have been collecting.
I wish to give it what it deserves in these times in order to make the most of what has been inside of me for a while.
Each of my recordings is unique in its own right. Using simple equipment and with minimum setup.
I am very proud of the mix and layout of this take. I hope that this in turn re-introduces the sound to more people.
This is a continuation of the Blues This Morning series I started last year.
This year I present a better pallet to show.
My intention was to bring the sound as closer to the listener as possible. This is inspired by some old records of Blues where the sounds aren't as clear as if you were there. This in part helps this Idea of bringing it more directly to the artist.
With this being the first one. I would like to just release this to ease any anticipation or wonder if I am making new music. in the next week I will be able to explain much better how I put each song together and what my intentions are to the listener. As of now though, I just wish to present this. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding with this.
